2. Spare parts service

3. Service response time
During the warranty period, our company promises to respond to the problem within 12 hours according to the troubleshooting process. If the telephone communication cannot be resolved, the personnel will arrive at the scene within 24 hours and will be resolved within 48 hours.
The after-sales service team holds a meeting to study the cause of the failure and develop a response plan to prevent the same or similar failure from happening again.
4. Roving maintenance services
In addition to responding to system problems in a timely manner, customer service engineers will visit the site regularly (2 times / year).
Understand system operating conditions; diagnose operating system problems; resolve customer system problems; give users technical support and consulting related to the system.
5. Calibration and maintenance period: Calibration and maintenance is performed every 6 months, and the software is free to update for life.
